A Living Thing: Flag Exhange, an exhibition by artist Mel Ziegler at Federal Hall in lower Manhattan. Ziegler traveled through all 50 states and replaced distressed American Flags flying at civic and private locations with new flags. These old flags now form a powerful art installation, symbolic maybe of the state of this nation.
